TOA Resin Corporation Limited was founded in 1979. The company is a joint venture between Taiwan based investors and several prominent Japanese chemical companies with current capital of over 150,000,000 NTD.
The initial product line was to produce high grade professional surface coating material to suit the growing needs of the textile industry in the greater Asia Region. The company has since expanded its product lines to other areas including leather finishing chemicals, PVDF and FEVE polymer products, and many environmentally driven industrial alternatives. The company maintains its headquarters in Taipei, Taiwan. It operates a 7,200 Square Meter factory in Hsin Chu Industrial Park.
