History

1978

Joint venture agreement signed between prominent Japanese companies and Taiwanese companies.
Technology partnership with Toa Paint K.K. Japan, now is called Tohpe Corporation.

1979

Toa Resin Corporation Limited founded.
Initial Capital: 30 million N.T.
Break ground for Hsin Chu plant, over a 3,600 square meter industrial zone.
Initial establishments including : 3 story structure for polymerization 2 story structure for coagulation and production 2 story building for administration and quality assurance.  

1980

Toa Acron in production

1981

Toa Acron SA started to market to Japan
Toa Acron AR in production 

1985

Leather finishing chemicals in pilot production.

1986

Acquired 3,600 Square Meter of land and establishments adjacent to Hsin Chu Plant.

1987

Build new structure for leather finishing chemical.
Leather finishing chemicals in full production. 

1988

Mr. Chi Hai Lin was elected as the Chairman of the board and President of the company.

1990

Expansion of Polymerization Structure and triple the production capability.

1991

November, Move head quarter to 5 F, No. 48, Chung Hsiao East. Road, Taipei (current location).

1992

Gamet series in Production.

1993

December, Second phase of Leather Finishing Chemical Structure completed.

1995

February, Expand second oven dryer and triple production capability.

1998

January, Certified for ISO9002 from BSI.

2001

February, Expansion of administration building, to set tone for future growth in research and development.

2002

June, Warehouse expansion compeleted.

2008

February, Chung-Fu in Kunshan,China founded.

2015

May, Printflon TF R&D test in.

2017

Authorized by Tohpe to produce TOA ACRON AR-840.

2018

Certified by ISO9001:2015 from TUV.

2018

June, Printflon TF patent right was obtained.(Patent Invention No. I626153)

2019

General Manager Yu-Chih Lin took over as the 11th chairman of the Taiwan Synthetic Resins & Adhesives Industry Association.

2019

Obtained ISO9001:2015 certification from ASR.

2019

Carboxylic type acrylic rubber in production.

2020

January, Advanced Chemical Materials Laboratory was established.

2020

March, Mass production of Printflon TF.
